Returns Policy
Subject to any rights granted under the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) or any other relevant consumer protection legislation.
- The customer will be deemed to have accepted that the goods supplied by CM Active are in acceptable condition and the shipment is in accordance with the customer’s order, unless the customer advises CM Active, in writing, of its claim, within 7 days after receipt of the goods.
- The customer will be deemed to have accepted that invoicing for the goods supplied by CM Active is correct, unless the customer advises CM Active, in writing, of its claim, within 7 days after receipt of the goods.
- CM Active does not allow returns for change of mind, or incorrect order placement of order.
- Any claim made by a customer, must be made, in writing within 7 days of receipt and sent to Customer Service team at info@cmactive.com
- Goods may not be returned to CM Active without approval from CM Active customer service team.
- Goods returned must be in the same condition in which they were delivered.
